A week before finals week

In-class doodle (engineering class :/ ) came out really fun!

Sad kitties drawing was fun too...maybe I would make a series of them? I think they represent my mood sometimes (when I really want to smash my head into something...or hide in a cave.)

Can't wait to see my friend's cat again...He's coming to stay at my place in mid-Dec.

Finals week=busy

Sick :/

I've been so sick in the past week...it's rare for me to be this sick :/ hopefully I can finish projects on time. Damn you strep throatttttttt

During this semester, I am thinking about what I really like to do with my art. And I realized that I don't really know what I want to do with it. I admire so many different styles. I just can't pick one thing and set with it...It makes me mad sometimes about not having my own style of doing art.

sketch, sketch, SKETCH.

Moon Festival: I was gonna draw all BBQ food....but after we ate them all, I don't feel it. Instead, I was just in food coma and draw my friends.
Peeking and drawing people on the grass again. I think some of them did know I was drawing them; so did they change pose :/

GE classes are so boring...the only way to keep me awake in class is to draw people. The best thing is that people don't recognize you are drawing them in the back. Of course I have MORE of those.

A sneak peek to my other class's zine assignment. We are going to print them out in a Risograph printshop next week. So exciting!

Drunk drawing (don't do it

It was last Sunday, my friends and I were having a little alcohol. Not surprising, I had hangover :///

[According to my boyfriend]
After few shots, I started giggling and crazy. I was up and down. There were my friends who tried to make fun of me so I told them I would draw them nice portraits...

Left: my meanest friend Right: my BF
Some dudes playing video games on the couch
Cute Jessica who was also drunk.

Maybe I would try again.

Luggage

Living in a foreign country could be a challenge. There are many things you'll have to overcome with. Such as transportation, money, and homesick. O well. It's been five years already, but homesick never stops. I came from Taiwan when I was in high school. All my family went back to Taiwan three years ago. Since then I was alone in the United States.

When you are not home and your family isn't around, luggage is the best moving buddy for you. Every six months I will go back to Taiwan and get supplied. Two large luggages and a backpack. They will bringback  all the essentials for me.

These are the stuffs that I obtained in this summer. Mostly are food and small stuffs that I can hang around. I love the ocarina so much that I wish to finish painting it by the next few weeks.
